Molan Steel Board Proposes Share Value Reversal

02:18 AM EDT, 09/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The board of Molan Steel (SASE:9553) recommended reversing the nominal value of its shares to 10 Saudi riyals from 1 riyal apiece. The Saudi Arabia-listed iron products maker said Sunday that the move would reduce its number of shares to 2,660,000. The company, however, noted that its share capital will remain unchanged at 26.6 million riyals.
