Iconic Rancho Cordova Furniture Showroom Listed for Sale

The longtime Rancho Cordova showroom of Beck’s Furniture has been listed for sale. The 208,800-square-foot property at 11840 Folsom Blvd has served primarily as a warehouse and distribution center for Beck’s Furniture, where people came to view the chairs and sofas before buying. The company closed its doors last year.

The 10 acres along the Highway 50 corridor and has served as one of Northern California’s most recognizable furniture destinations for nearly 50 years. It features an approximately 90,000 square feet of showroom space and 120,000 square feet of warehouse and distribution space.

Morrow Botros, Bryce MacDonald and Jay Hamer of Cushman & Wakefield have been exclusively retained to market the asset on behalf of the seller, Beck’s Furniture & Sleep / Beckinger Family Ownership. 

Botros added, “For nearly 50 years, the Beck’s Furniture campus has stood as one of the Sacramento region’s most recognizable commercial landmarks. Few properties can claim both institutional scale and deep community recognition.”
