Evergrande Motors (00708): Leung Chun Yip and Chow Wai Hing were appointed as independent non-executive directors

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Evergrande Auto (00708) announced that since September 4, 2026, Mr. Leung Chun Yip and Mr. Zhou Weixing have been appointed as independent non-executive directors. Mr. Lu Jiaqi has submitted his resignation as an independent non-executive director with effect from September 4, 2026, due to his need to handle personal matters.

Since September 4, 2026: Mr. Lu has resigned as the chairman of the Company Audit Committee, the Company Nomination Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Company's Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Leung has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee and Corporate Governance Committee; and Mr. Chow has been appointed as the respective Chairman of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee and Corporate Governance Committee.
