China Sanjiang Chemical (02198) subsidiary signs energy management agreement with Jifeng Cornerstone

According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Sanjiang Chemical (02198) issued an announcement. After the trading period on September 4, 2026, Sanjiang Chemical, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, signed an energy management agreement with Jifeng Cornerstone, an energy storage facility. According to the energy management agreement, Jifeng Cornerstone agreed to invest, build, own, operate and maintain energy storage facilities, while Sanjiang Chemical agreed to provide the facility site and power grid access, and pay Jifeng Cornerstone its share of the energy efficiency of the agreement. The energy management agreement with Jifeng Cornerstone will take effect from the date of this announcement. The annual limit for each of the three years ending 2026, 2027, and December 31, 2028 is RMB 8 million.
