Mingpai Jewelry (002574.SZ) plans to transfer 100% of Calillo's shares for 288 million yuan

Zhitong Finance App News, Mingpai Jewelry (002574.SZ) announced that the company and Shaoxing Yiming Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. (“Shaoxing Yiming”) signed an “Equity Transfer Agreement” on September 4, 2026 to transfer 100% of the shares held by Zhejiang Mingpai Carillo Jewelry Co., Ltd. (“Caliro Company”), to Shaoxing Yiming for a transfer price of 288 million yuan. The transaction is expected to generate investment income of 181 million yuan (before tax).
