Kuangda Technology (002516.SZ) plans to invest 10 million yuan to participate in private equity funds

According to Zhitong Finance App, Kuangda Technology (002516.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own capital to pledge an investment of 10 million yuan to subscribe for a limited partnership share of Shanghai Mu Yuanhui Smart Private Equity Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership). The target subscription scale of the fund is 1 billion yuan. The fund mainly focuses on cutting-edge technology-related industries, making direct or indirect equity investments, quasi-equity investments, or investment-related activities in invested enterprises.

Participating in the investment fund deepened industry cooperation with leading enterprises in the industrial chain through fund cooperation, invested in innovative enterprises, formed collaboration with the company's flexible materials and flexible sensing businesses in supply chain support, joint R&D, and order introduction; and used project channels of managers and industrial chain enterprises to reserve technology and project resources for the company.
