(“Bunny Bunny Investment Company”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, recently signed the “Wenzhou Xinyao Guangqi Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement” with Shanghai Yunmu Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. The fund mainly invests in high-end manufacturing, integrated circuits and other industries, and will invest exclusively in Shanghai Jijia Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. through equity investment.
