Jinjia Co., Ltd. announced that in the [2025] Guangdong 03 execution case No. 1719 involving Jinjia Venture Capital, the controlling shareholder of the company, and Qiao Luyu, the actual controller, was changed from the Shenzhen branch of China Construction Bank to the Shenzhen branch of China CITIC Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd., involving an amount of 189 million yuan. Up to now, the total amount involved in major litigation, arbitration and judicial enforcement matters involving Jinjia Venture Capital and its co-actor, Qiao Luyu, is $6.443 billion, most of which are in the execution stage of the ruling. The above case has nothing to do with the company and will not have a direct significant adverse impact on the company's production and operation. However, some of the company's shares held by the relevant parties have been judicially disposed of, and the remaining corresponding shares involved in the case face the risk of judicial disposition, or have led to a change in the company's control.
