Swiss Life Issues EUR600 Million Hybrid Bond

11:36 PM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Swiss Life (SLHN.SW) said Thursday it issued 600 million euros of a dated hybrid bond that will mature in 2046. The bonds are subject to a 4.75% coupon rate until the first call date in September 2036. The Swiss insurer earmarked net proceeds from the issuance for general corporate expenditures, including debt refinancing.
