09:38 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hamad Mohammed Bin Saedan Real Estate (SASE:9648) and Abaad Al-Memar Contracting Co. formally signed the 19.8 million-Saudi-riyal construction contract for the HS Residences 2 project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, according to a Thursday filing. The 12-month turnkey contract, which was awarded in August, covers the construction of modern residential units across 6,030 square meters of land area in the Al-Araid District.
