Allied Cooperative Insurance Gets Extension for Capital Increase

09:15 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (SASE:8150) secured the Insurance Authority's nod to extend the validity of its earlier approval to increase its share capital to 300 million Saudi riyals from 291 million riyals. The regulator extended the approval for the capital increase, which will be carried out through a share offering with pre-emptive rights suspended, for another six months, the Saudi-listed insurer said Thursday.
