Dorui Pharmaceuticals announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Wuhan Jirui Health Industry Investment Co., Ltd. and Tibet Jiakang Times Technology Development Co., Ltd. signed separate “Equity Transfer Agreements” to transfer 51% of Quanreno's shares and 3.39% of Calipu's shares for 4.4047 million yuan and 5 million yuan respectively. After the transaction was completed, the company no longer holds all Renault shares, and Jiri Health no longer holds shares in Carrip; the bill has been reviewed and passed by the board of directors, and there is no need to submit it to the shareholders' meeting for consideration.
