Tongyou Technology (300302.SZ): Plans to transfer all partnership shares of Shanghai Fuxi for 66 million yuan

Zhitong Finance App News, Tongyou Technology (300302.SZ) announced that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Hunan Tongyou Feiji Technology Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Area Tongyou Feiji Equity Investment Co., Ltd. hold 80% and 20% of the partnership property shares of Shanghai Fuxi Venture Capital Center (Limited Partnership) (“Shanghai Fuxi”) respectively. The company plans to transfer Shanghai Fuxi as a whole to Hangzhou Tengyue Enterprise Service Co., Ltd. and Beijing Xinyu Tenghui Semiconductor Technology Partnership (limited partnership) at a price of 66 million yuan. After the transfer is completed, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary will no longer hold shares in the Shanghai Fuxi partnership property, and Shanghai Fuxi will no longer be included in the scope of the company's consolidated statements.
