According to Zhitong Finance App, Yide Investment Holdings (06182) issued an announcement. The board of directors was notified by Mars Nest Limited (MarsNest), the controlling shareholder of the Company, that it had sold 510 million shares (shares) of the Company on September 3, 2026, which is equivalent to about 63.75% of the total issued share capital of the Company (sale matters).

Following the completion of the sale, MarsNest no longer held any shares and is therefore no longer the controlling shareholder of the Company.
