Jinlong Co., Ltd. (000712.SZ) plans to transfer 20% of Dongguan Securities shares and reached a preliminary agreement

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jinlong Co., Ltd. (000712.SZ) announced that the company previously intended to transfer 20% of its shares in Dongguan Securities Co., Ltd. (“Dongguan Securities”). Recently, the Company and Dongguan Investment Holdings Capital Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Investment Controlled Capital”) reached a preliminary agreement on investment control capital's intention to acquire 300 million shares of Dongguan Securities (20% of the total share capital of Dongguan Securities) held by the company, and signed a non-binding transaction memorandum. Next, the two sides will continue negotiations on matters relating to the underlying share transaction.
