Hilton Food Group Swings to Attributable Loss in H1; Revenue Up

02:48 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hilton Food Group (HFG.L) said Thursday it swung to an attributable loss for the first half, while revenue rose year over year. Loss attributable to owners of the parent company for the 26 weeks ended June 28 was 10.8 million pounds sterling, compared with an attributable profit of 16.5 million pounds earlier. Loss per share was 0.12 pound, compared with an EPS of 0.183 pound. The food company's revenue was 2.29 billion pounds, compared with 1.99 billion pounds a year ago. Meanwhile, the board approved an unchanged dividend of 0.101 pound per share for the interim period, payable Nov. 27 to shareholders of record on Oct. 30. For the full year, Hilton Food Group now expects adjusted profit before tax from continuing operations between 66 million pounds and 71 million pounds, compared with the previous range of between 60 million pounds and 65 million pounds.
