According to the news, Conoa-B announced that Conoah and multinational pharmaceutical company Aeira Pte. Ltd. (Aeira) signed an exclusive licensing agreement. The two sides will cooperate on the marketing registration and commercialization of Spuchibimab Injection (trade name: Kangyueda®), a monoclonal antibody targeting IL-4Rα developed independently by Connoah in Southeast Asia and Central Asia. According to the agreement, Konoah will receive initial payments, milestone payments and commercialization milestone payments for approval of listing applications in different countries, and will be entitled to charge royalties of up to a high double digit rate based on the net sales of products in the licensed region.
According to the announcement, Aeira will be responsible for registration and commercialization of spoximab injections in 11 countries in Southeast Asia (Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, East Timor, Vietnam) and 5 countries in Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan), as well as a total of 18 countries and regions, including Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macau Special Administrative Region. Connoya will continue to be responsible for the production and product supply of spoximab injections for Aeira.
