The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on September 2, Zhongji Xuchuang (03308) changed positions, with a total transfer market value of HK$1,887 billion, accounting for 2.89%. The company's shareholders transferred 1.0794 million shares to Merrill Lynch Far East and 722,400 shares from Citibank.

Earlier, Zhongji Xuchuang announced its 2026 interim results, achieving operating income of RMB 41,778 billion, an increase of 182.49% over the previous year; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was RMB 13.651 billion, an increase of 241.70% over the previous year. The interim dividend is HK$13.8766 (tax included) for every 10 H shares.
