(01071) announced that the company has recently completed the issuance of Huadian International Power Co., Ltd.'s second medium-term notes for 2026. The issuance amount of the current bond is RMB 1 billion, the term is 5 years, the unit face value is RMB 100, and the coupon interest rate is 1.74%.

The current bond raised 1 billion yuan will be used by the company and its affiliated companies to repay maturing debts and supplement working capital.
