Instantaneous rainfall was heavy and the risk of disaster was high. Water levels in some areas exceeded historical extremes, causing flash floods and mudslides in some places. Up to now, a total of 10 townships in Yanling County have been affected by the disaster to varying degrees. The affected population is 1,2512, 2 people have died, and 2 have gone missing. Emergency rescue work continues.
