Due to work schedule adjustments, Ms. Pan Jianying has proposed her resignation as the bank's company secretary, the bank's authorized representative under section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Securities Listing Rules, and the authorized representative (legal procedure document agent) to receive legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the bank under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Securities Listing Rules under Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Laws. Ms. Lin Qianxi has been appointed as the bank's company secretary, authorized representative and agent for legal proceedings, effective from August 28, 2026.
