A Foreign Ministry spokesman announced that at the invitation of the Zambian government, President Xi Jinping's special envoy and Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) Xian Hui will go to Lusaka, the capital of Zambia, to attend the inauguration of President Hichilema on September 1.
