Yunji (02670)'s proposal to implement full circulation of H shares was approved by the Stock Exchange

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Yunji (02670) issued an announcement. On August 24, 2026, the Stock Exchange approved the listing and trading of 7.153,500 H shares in full circulation and conversion from unlisted shares in accordance with the proposed conversion and listing. However, all other conditions for conversion and listing are met before implementation can take place.
