According to the Zhitong Finance App, Yunying Valley Technology (03310) announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group achieved revenue of 318 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 30.48%; parent company owners should account for losses of 151 million yuan, an increase of 0.77% over the previous year; and a loss of 0.39 yuan per share.

During the reporting period, the Group continued to develop, design and sell the two core product lines of AMOLED display driver chips and micro-OLED display backboards/drivers, and maintained cooperation with industry chain partners such as wafer manufacturing, package testing, panel manufacturing and terminal brands under the Fabless model. Affected by weak demand for smartphones, increased memory prices, and lower shipping plans by mobile phone manufacturers, the Group's product shipment pace has been affected to a certain extent. During the reporting period, the Group's revenue was $318 million, of which AMOLED display driver chips and microOLED display backplanes/drivers contributed approximately 72.5% and 27.0% of revenue respectively. At the same time, the Group's overall gross margin was 12.4%. The Group continues to promote product iteration, customer project introduction, cost optimization and supply chain collaboration to enhance product competitiveness and cope with short-term market fluctuations.

During the reporting period, the Group continued to cultivate the brand AMOLED display driver chip market. The product portfolio covered flagship, high-end and mass market segments, and promoted product upgrades in the direction of high refresh rate, high resolution, low power consumption and high cost performance. Under the double pressure of weak consumer markets combined with rising prices of memory and upstream materials, product cost performance has become a core consideration in terminal selection. Currently, RAM-less architecture driver chips are the mainstream selection solution in the display panel field. The Group continues to iterate on R&D technology. The newly launched RAM-less display driver chip has completed comprehensive optimization of core IPs and data channels such as automated visual inspection and correction, high-resolution adaptation, zigzag scanning, peak brightness, and low temperature polysilicon oxide, significantly improving the adaptability of screen display effects and applications, while simultaneously upgrading product power consumption control and electrostatic protection performance. It has now been verified by four panel manufacturers and has reached cooperation intentions with many mobile phone brands , a number of new models have completed project establishment and module and machine tests are gradually being carried out.
