Saba Capital Seeks Three Board Seats at Baillie Gifford US Growth Trust

The London-listed investment trust said Monday that it received a requisition from Saba Capital seeking to put the appointments of Jason Chen, Thomas McGlade and James Waterlow to a shareholder vote at the upcoming annual general meeting. The trust's board recommended that shareholders take no action at this time.
