U.S. stock futures were higher this morning, with the Dow futures gaining over 150 points on Friday.
Shares of Flowers Foods, Inc. (NYSE:FLO) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported downbeat earnings for the second quarter and lowered its FY2026 forecast.
The company posted quarterly earnings of 21 cents per share, which missed the analyst consensus estimate of 23 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $1.193 billion, which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $1.228 billion
Flowers Foods shares dipped 4.4% to $6.81 in pre-market trading.
