K2 F&B (02108) Announces Interim Results Shareholders' Losses of SGD 794,000 YoY

According to the Zhitong Finance App, K2 F&B (02108) announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group's revenue was SGD 25.234 million, a year-on-year decrease of 3.19%; shareholders' losses of SGD 794,000, which turned profit and loss over the previous year; loss of 0.1 Singapore cents per share.

According to the announcement, the decline in revenue was mainly due to the closure of underperforming catering stalls, partially offset by increased rental income from renting space to tenants.
