According to a regulatory document, Samsung SDI plans to resell approximately 1.39 million shares shown by its affiliate Samsung to the display panel manufacturer, with a transaction amount of 4.45 trillion won. Samsung Display plans to buy these shares at a price of 340,000 won per share, and Samsung SDI's shareholding ratio will drop to 10.22%. The sale is scheduled to take place on August 27th.
