French Court Rejects Challenge to Apollo Minerals' Couflens Exploration Permit

03:24 AM EDT, 08/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Apollo Minerals (ALAON.PA) said Friday that the Administrative Court of Toulouse in France rejected an application challenging its Couflens exploration permit in the country. The France-focused tungsten-gold mining company said the court also declared void an earlier order that had temporarily suspended a letter from France's Directorate General for Energy and Climate confirming the five-year validity of the permit. The application was brought by a group of non-government organizations, which has 15 days to appeal the latest court order.
