The China Insurance Industry Association recently officially issued the “Practical Guide to Auto Insurance Underwriting Claims”. To this end, the China Insurance Association took the lead in setting up a special working group to complete this revision of the “Guidelines” through multiple rounds of research and extensive collection of industry opinions. This revision strictly implements the relevant requirements of the State Financial Supervisory Administration to regulate car insurance operations and strengthen consumer rights protection, and conducts systematic research based on recent industry business data, typical complaints and dispute cases and supervisory work requirements, insists on protecting the legal rights and interests of insurance consumers as the core, focuses on practical pain points in the industry, guarantees consumers' right to know, make independent choices and fair trade, clarify personal injury compensation process standards, improve conflict resolution paths, and further standardize grass-roots operations.
