Helios Underwriting Upsizes Share Buyback Program to GBP2.5 Million

02:46 AM EDT, 08/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Helios Underwriting (HUW.L) said Friday it increased its ongoing share buyback program to 2.5 million pounds sterling from 2 million pounds. The London-listed limited liability direct investment provider on the Lloyd's insurance market is buying back shares pursuant to an approval from shareholders in June to repurchase up to 6,942,081 ordinary shares. Shares acquired under the scheme will be held in treasury.
