The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Shuxiong Financial Group (08226) changed positions on August 20, with a total transfer market value of HK$3.6995 million, accounting for 7.38%. The company's shareholders transferred 21.96 million shares to UBS Securities Hong Kong and 30.8 million shares from Tree Bear Securities.

Shuxiong Financial Group announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The Group achieved total revenue of HK$9.596 million, a year-on-year decrease of 18.07%; profit attributable to the owners of the Company was HK$26.57 million, an increase of 291.08% over the previous year; and earnings per share were HK6.36 cents. According to the announcement, the decrease in earnings was mainly due to a decrease in interest income from the margin finance business.
