MATAWAN, N.J. (AP) — MATAWAN, N.J. (AP) — Hovnanian Enterprises Inc. (HOV) on Thursday reported a loss of $1.8 million in its fiscal third quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Matawan, New Jersey-based company said it had a loss of 70 cents.

The homebuilder posted revenue of $705.7 million in the period.

For the current quarter ending in October, Hovnanian said it expects revenue in the range of $800 million to $900 million.
