Observit Completes Nordic InSupport Nätverksvideo Buy, Announces Management Changes

06:49 AM EDT, 08/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Observit (OBSE.ST) said Thursday it completed the acquisition of Nordic InSupport Nätverksvideo, prompting changes to the video surveillance products supplier's board and management. Observit appointed Lars Flodén as chairman, succeeding Thomas Jönsson, who will become interim chief executive officer and group CEO. Björn Callenfors was named deputy CEO and deputy group CEO. Meanwhile, Fredrik Westin will remain as the CEO of Nordic InSupport Nätverksvideo.
