During the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of 259.01 billion yuan, down 3.9% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 19.588 billion yuan, down 14.9% year on year; net profit after deducting non-recurring profit and loss was 17.49 billion yuan, down 19.5% year on year; basic income per share was 0.21 yuan; the company plans to distribute 0.1606 yuan per share (tax included) to all shareholders.

The company actively adapts to the development trend of the AI era, reshapes the business development model with token management as the main line, continues to deepen the “five in one” intelligent cloud system, strengthen the supply of high-quality, safe and inclusive integrated intelligent services, stabilize the basic value market of the communications business, expand new momentum for intelligent revenue growth, and continuously expand new space for value growth.

The company focuses on enhancing scientific and technological innovation capabilities, promoting the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation with industrial innovation, increasing the supply of high-quality technology, and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. In the first half of the year, R&D expenses reached RMB 5.21 billion, an increase of 8.9% over the previous year. In the direction of cloud and cloud network integration, it participated in the “'Pengcheng Yunbrao' Hyperscale Domestic Intelligent Computing Power System and Industrialization Project” project and won the first prize of the 2025 National Science and Technology Progress Award. The original cloud computing technology strategy and cloud computing innovation consortium that led the construction of the cloud computing original technology strategy and cloud computing innovation consortium received a grade A evaluation from the State Assets Administration Commission; following Tianyi Cloud's self-developed operating system CTYunOS, the self-developed database product, achieved a major breakthrough in self-developed basic IT products.
