Huaxida (00901): Dang Hui was appointed as joint company secretary and authorized representative

Due to her intention to focus on other matters, Ms. Li Jianyi (Ms. Li) has proposed to resign as the Company's Joint Company Secretary (Joint Company Secretary); and the Company's authorized representative in accordance with section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Securities Listing Rules (Listing Rules), which will take effect from August 20, 2026.

Following the resignation of Ms. Li, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Ms. Dang Hui (Ms. Dang) (Executive Director) will be appointed as the joint company secretary and authorized representative with effect from August 20, 2026.
