HSBC Holdings (00005) spent £45.3752 million to buy back 3 million shares on August 19

According to the Zhitong Finance App, HSBC Holdings (00005) announced that on August 19, 2026, it will spend £45.3752 million to repurchase 3 million shares; spend HK$59,3641 million to repurchase 374,400 shares; cancel 850,000 shares that have already been repurchased; and issue 13,000 shares in accordance with the performance shares and limited share rewards actually granted in 2011 by the HSBC Stock Plan.
