AcadeMedia Acquires Dutch School Group

04:31 AM EDT, 08/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AcadeMedia (ACAD.ST) signed a deal to acquire Florencius Vastgoed, comprising two primary schools and one combined preschool and after-school facility in the Netherlands, with a total capacity of 100 children and students. The education company said Thursday that Florencius will become part of its Dutch portfolio and operate under the Winford group of primary and secondary schools as a separate brand.
