ST Renfu (600079.SH): RFUS-188 injection enters phase II clinical trial study

(“Yichang Renfu”, the company holds 80% of its shares) recently publicized the registration information for phase II clinical trials of RFUS-188 injection on the drug clinical trial registration and information disclosure platform of the State Drug Administration.

Test name: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of RFUS-188 injection for analgesia after abdominal surgery, a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, parallel, placebo/positive control, two-stage design. The purpose of the clinical trial is: (1) to explore the effective dosage (PartA) of RFUS-188 injection for postoperative analgesia; (2) to evaluate the efficacy and safety of RFUS-188 injection for postoperative analgesia (Part B). Secondary objective: To explore the PK/PD characteristics of repeated administration of RFUS-188 injection for postoperative analgesia.
