Atome Unit Secures Financial, Technical Support for Paraguay's Solar Project Feasibility Study

03:42 AM EDT, 08/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Atome (ATOM.L) said Thursday that a multilateral development bank's dollar fund agreed to provide financial and technical support, subject to certain terms and conditions, for a feasibility study for its planned 300-megawatt-peak solar photovoltaic project in Villeta, Paraguay. The low-carbon fertilizer developer's renewable power and battery storage solutions division, Atome Power, , will proceed with the feasibility study subject to Atome Paraguay moving forward with the relevant power purchase agreement for the project.
