AB Dynamics Buys eMpulse Test Systems to Boost Testing Products Division

03:00 AM EDT, 08/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AB Dynamics (ABDP.L) purchased eMpulse Test Systems, a Michigan, US-based servoelectric test systems supplier for the automotive sector. The automotive testing services company said Thursday that the transaction includes an initial cash consideration of $11 million and a contingent payment worth up to $15 million, payable in three tranches and subject to certain performance criteria. AB Dynamics expects the acquisition to boost its testing products division, as well as deliver commercial synergies.
