Notably, Weilizhibo announced that its subsidiary Leads US has received written notice from partner Oblenio Bio, a subsidiary of aditum Bio, to officially exercise the right of option to reserve the global development and commercialization license for the BCMA/CD19/CD3 tri-specific T-cell conjugator LBL-051 in accordance with the agreement signed in November 2024. Oblenio Bio will pay a one-time non-refundable fee of $10 million to Verishibo.
