BioPharma Credit Exits Colombian Distributor of Third-party Diagnostics Products

02:40 AM EDT, 08/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BioPharma Credit (BPCP.L, BPCR.L) completed the sale of its indirect interest in Colombian third-party diagnostic products distributor Lumira SAS. Completion took place on Aug. 14, wrapping up the London-listed specialist life sciences debt investment trust's $419 million investment in the LumiraDx group, according to a Thursday filing. The holding company for the interest will undergo winding up following the sale. BioPharma Credit said the latest transaction and previous LumiraDx-linked disposals delivered a 101% recovery rate on the principal investment, based on gross and net.
