Episurf Medical Unit Issues SEK550 Million Bonds Due 2030

12:51 AM EDT, 08/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Episurf Medical (EPIS-B.ST) unit Goldcup 40207 issued up to 550 million kronor of senior secured bonds to finance the planned acquisition of two separate property portfolios. The bonds will bear interest of 5.6% and mature on Aug. 31, 2030, the real estate and medical technology company said Wednesday. The company expects to close the purchase of 45 properties from Fastighetsaktiebolaget Lilium and four properties from Setune Assets, announced in May, on Aug. 31.
