The securities carry a floating interest rate of three-month Stockholm Interbank Offered Rate plus 440 basis points, with no fixed maturity date, according to a Wednesday release. The first call date for the securities is 4.5 years after the first issue date. The property company plans to list the securities on Nasdaq Stockholm's sustainable bond list.
