Minxin Co., Ltd. announced that the company plans to acquire a total of 54% of the shares of Beijing Pudan Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. through equity transfer and capital increase, with a total transaction amount of 177 million yuan. Among them, a total of 248.65 million shares held by the original shareholders of Pudan Optoelectronics were transferred for 82.8845 million yuan, while the capital increase from Pudan Optoelectronics was 94.2369 million yuan to acquire 30,399 million shares. After the transaction is completed, Pudan Optoelectronics will become a holding subsidiary of the company. The target company has long focused on the R&D, production and sales of core optoelectronic devices for fiber gyroscopes. Currently, the core products include integrated optical multi-function optical waveguide modulators, ultra-radiation emitting tubes, light receiving components and polarization-maintaining optical fiber splitters, etc., covering the main core components of optical fiber gyroscopes. Related products have been widely used in aerospace, intelligent equipment, marine exploration, rail transit and industrial measurement and control.
