Jiangsu Shentong recently stated during an investigation by an agency that in the semiconductor field, the company has set up a wholly-owned subsidiary, Shentong Semiconductor, to focus on the processing and manufacture of precision tubes and valves in advanced manufacturing fields such as integrated circuits, photovoltaics, and display panels. At present, its vacuum pressure control butterfly valve has been supplied in stable batches to leading domestic substrate manufacturers and optical fiber manufacturers, and has completed verification and introduction at many domestic and foreign leading equipment manufacturers.
