According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Merchants Land (00978) announced its 2026 interim results, with revenue of about 3.857 billion yuan, a decrease of 21.27% year on year; loss attributable to company owners was about 227 million yuan, a decrease of 1.72% year on year; loss per share was 4.63 points.

According to the announcement, the decrease in revenue was due to a reduction in the total construction area completed and delivered in the first half of 2026.
