Virtualware to Buy UK-based Virtual Reality Software Company Virtalis for EUR5 Million

The Spanish 3D-driven enterprise software company said Tuesday that it has secured regulatory approval for the acquisition, which still requires shareholder approval. The deal is expected to close in September. The consideration also includes a variable component tied to the target company's operating results for 2026 and 2027.
