Arion Bank Completes Share Buyback Program

11:43 PM EDT, 08/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Arion Bank (ARION.IC) wrapped up its share buyback program worth up to 5 billion Icelandic kronur. The Icelandic lender said Monday it acquired 25,489,553 shares for 4.9 billion kronur and 84,453 shares for 1.2 million Swedish kronor under the program, increasing its total holding of shares and Swedish depositary receipts to 39,769,535. The share repurchase program was launched in May.
